The accommodations had an excellent shower flow and cleanliness that impressed me. Our entertainment package was packed with fun activities, keeping the kids entertained. The breakfast selection was great, with many delicious options for everyone. The pools and spa facilities offered plenty of relaxation opportunities.

Hotel Babylon is near highway passing city Liberec. Facility has been built in old industrial quarter, architecture is interesting. To Babylon centre belongs also very nice aqua park, lovely wellness and other interesting stuff.

We ordered 2 days stay, but we quit after first night and moved to another hotel in Liberec (never did such thing before). Main reason was problem with air-conditioning, which was not working. Only way, how to achieve acceptable temperature in the room, was to open windows in the night to busy and noisy street - no sleep in the night at all. I made immediately complaint in the morning to hotel staff and hotel management, but haven't received any reaction in agreed time (5 days). I found that same problem with hot temperature and air-conditioning have also other guests. Other problems: - safe in the room was out-of-order (impossible to repair, specialist needed) - description of rooms was different than reality (no balcony, no sofas - now is description changed) - cameras in wellness changing-room - you have to use some crazy coins in aqua-park, paying with hotel card not supported, no information about that - no towels for use in aqua park (we received some bathrobe after complaint) - poor breakfast Unfortunately I can't say anything good about that hotel. Services standard is in reality between two or three stars. Avoid this hotel.

Breakfast is good , Christmas eve diner is so expesive. Swimming pool is really good suggest to go.

We stayed here for two nights and loved the fantastic entertainment package and the clean, comfy room. The spa had amazing relaxation options, including massages and a lovely sauna to unwind in after a long day. Just a heads up, the wellness section can be a bit of a trek from some rooms, but it's totally worth it 😊

I really enjoyed my weekend here, as it was just a few steps from the Babylon Centre and less than a 15-minute walk to the Liberec Town Hall. Our room was clean and cozy, with a great shower, made coming back after a day of walking even more refreshing.

The laser show was amazing, but the wellness room access was inconvenient.

The accommodation experience was marred by a lack of adult-oriented activities and noisy surroundings, especially in the mornings. Staff at the reception showed little interest in assisting guests, contributing to a disheartening experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk to the city center. I was also blown away by the incredible iQ park on-site. The Nostalgia restaurant served amazing homemade food, and the staff provided exceptional customer service. I appreciated the wide range of amenities and services offered, including room service, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour reception. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
